Molly is an Illinois-based Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) with eight years of extensive clinical therapeutic experience.

Molly earned a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adler University of Chicago and worked as a clinical Supervisor at mental health facilities since 2018. Molly is excited to join Beautiful Minds Counseling and work with her clients on navigating their journey into balanced wellness and life satisfaction.

Molly's therapeutic philosophy is to utilize a holistic approach to assist you in exploring your experiences and working with you to identify the areas of your life that you would like to improve. Molly will work with you on enhancing communication skills, improving relationships, processing past trauma, creating healthy coping mechanisms, and rewiring anxious thoughts so you can improve your enjoyment of life.

In Molly’s words:

The thought of therapy can be intimidating. The idea of disclosing your setbacks, frustrations, or traumas with a stranger might sound frightening, but you deserve a safe space to unload your burdens. A place where you can drop your guard, take a moment to breathe, and explore your authentic self without feeling guilty or judged.

My goal as a therapist is to help create that space where we can navigate your journey into mental health and wellness together.

Mollys’s areas of expertise in therapy include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Informed Therapy, Psychoanalytic, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Existential Therapy, Multicultural Approaches, Person-Centered Therapy, Adlerian, and Positive Psychology.
