Eliza is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) based in Illinois with over 23 years of extensive clinical experience. She possesses certification as a Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP), Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), and National Certified Counselor (NCC).

Eliza earned a Master’s Degree in Community Counseling from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Pedagogy and Psychology from the University of Białystok, Poland.

Eliza is an English and Polish-speaking therapist.

In her practice, she works with people challenged by depression, anxiety, trauma, and life-changing situations.

“What I love about therapy is helping others work through their life issues so they may live a healthy and happy life. I strongly believe that when people have the tools to be their best, they can foster their happiness and overcome barriers.

I work with clients who are experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, or life stressors. During therapeutic processes we are exploring together the root of the problem that impacts your life. I am here to partner with you to work through the issues that are causing disruptions in your life, and to help you meet your goals. Eliza’s areas of expertise in therapy modalities include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused, Trauma Informed Therapy for Anxiety, Depression, Complex Trauma, and Stress Management.

Additionally, she integrates Positive Psychology, Mindfulness, and Gratitude in her sessions and enjoys engaging clients in various relaxation and meditation exercises. Her goal is to help you focus your attention and find more joy in your daily life.
